A four step method that will help you achieve clearer skin with all natural ingredients.

Cleansing

You can find a good cleanser anywhere skin care products are sold. Avoid using bar soap as it tend to dry the skin. Soap should only touch the skin from the neck down. Pick a creamy cleanser if you have dry skin or clear cleanser if you have oily skin. Washing at night promotes a good practice. If you have dry skin consider using a cold cream. Simply apply cream and wipe off. There is no use for water. Most people prefer the water method. Use warm water to loosen dirt and clogged pores. Use just a dime size bit of cleanser. then rinse with lukewarm or cool water.

In the morning, a splash of lukewarm water is all you need.
Step 2

Exfoliate

There are several ways to exfoliate you can use microdermabrasion, chemical peels or reinoids. Scrubs are a great way to remove the top layer of dead skin cells that tends to dull complexion. If you exfoliate the skin once per week with a microdermabrasion kit it will keep your skin glowing all year long. Chemical peels only take an hour to get done and can take 5 years off the look of your skin. They can be quite expensive to get done so an over the counter peel works just as well over a month or so. Retinoids work by removing the dead layer of skin and then generating collagen to boost the skins structural fibers.

Should a toner be used? toners are not needed to remove all remaining traces of oil, makeup or dirt. A good cleanser should do that anyways. If you like the way your skin feels by using a toner go ahead and buy some. Its not needed though.

Step 3

Moisturize

Everyone no matter what there skin type should moisturize. Even oily skin can benefit from moisturizers. The only exception is people with strong acne. If you use to much moisturizer it can clog pores. The trick is to learn what works for your skin. You shouldn’t have to use a lot just a dime size should do the trick.

Eye Creams are a must. The skin around the eyes has no fatty tissue and is more prone to wrinkles. Some of the high end lotions will do the trick but if your cheaping out on the moisturizer buy a good eye cream.

Step 4

Next is just to apply a good sunscreen. Sunscreen is the most important part to a good skin care regime. It protects your skin from the everyday damage the sun does to you skin. Over time the rays of the sun break down the skin. You don’t need to use sunscreen every time you moisturize. If you know you are going to be in the sun for a period of time throughout the day. Be sure to wear some sunscreen. The number 1 cause of wrinkles is skin damage.

I hope this helps you out.
