What is a skin care regimen? Typically a good regiment includes washing your face with some sort of facial wash followed but a toner application. You then rub moisturizer on your face followed by some sort of acne medication.

As to what facial wash, toner, and acne medication you choose to use – it’s up to you. You can find these (sometimes packaged as an “acne skin care kit”) in any drug store, or if you want to save money, online. The important thing is that you want do this regiment twice a day, even three times a day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once before going to bed. What this regiment will do is keep dirt, skin oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria on your face minimized. These are all elements that cause blackhead outbreaks.

It’s important that you have some consistency in your regiment – so don’t stop or change anything for at least a month. If you don’t see results, then switch the acne medication to something else.

The best way to cure blackheads is by maintaining a proper skin care regimen and a healthy diet. If you are proactive in your attempts to cure blackheads, you will see results.
